Happy 4th of July!

I love the art of Norman Rockwell... this little guy's a symbol of honor and pride...
God Bless the USA!

Hope you all had a blessed July 4th!

Here are some of our photos from July 4ths past...

(In the next set of photos...let me explain the photo with the hole punches... they are not a "creative"expression of a firework display... or maybe that was what my 3yr old brother (at the time) was going for? Yes, he was pretty skilled with the hole-puncher! notice how careful he was... not a single face punched out! :o)

In the photo, that my brother so carefully altered, the ones showing are me (13yrs old), Boy Comar (my parent's friend and an actor known as the Charles Bronson of the Philippines in the 1970's), mom, Leonard (2yrs here), Eden (housekeeper), mom's sister Myrna.

In the next set... top left photo: my mom is holding "theluckiestmrs", my dad is holding my sister Megan, me and my brother.

Thanks for the heads up about the "following." I noticed you already had it set up on your site, so I went into the Layout Menu and where it said add a gadget I found the "followers" one. I think I have it set up now. I even have a follower I didn't know about!
This will surely make it easier to follow the blogs I like. I had been bookmarking into folders - but could never 're-find' who I was looking for. My picture is the orange poppy. Not brave enough to put my photo up yet.
